Gab-fest host Rosie O'Donnell finally has sold her West Greenwich Village apartment at 130 West 12th Street for $9 million, making a cool $1 million profit, says the New York Daily News.
"The View" star bought the 3,200 square-foot penthouse in 2012 for $8 million and had the apartment on the market for about a year. The property, in a 42-unit building formerly part of St. Vincent's Hospital, includes:
- Four bedrooms and three baths.
- Private terrace measuring 435 square feet.
- Walls of windows.
- Oak floors.
- Stunning views of the Empire State Building and 1 World Trade Center.
