There's nothing like new digs to keep your mind off old boyfriends. Actress Debra Messing, who reportedly has split from long-time boyfriend Will Chase, has bought herself a fabulous, four-bedroom, four-bath co-op on New York's Upper East Side for a respectable $5.45 million.
That was a bit below the asking price of $5.449 million, reports Zillow.
Messing's new digs are in a stunning, 1928 Art Deco building just a hop-skip-jump from The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park, according to StreetEasy. The building has just 10 apartments on nine floors: Most are full-floors that provide quiet and privacy.
Messing is now starring in TV's "The Mysteries of Laura." But I'll always think of her as the fashionably neurotic Grace, of the breakthrough sitcom "Will and Grace."
