(Take a video tour below.)
Johnsonville currently contains eight historical structures, a pond, covered bridge, waterfall and wooden dam, says The Real Deal. The land, about two hours from New York City, can be used for single and multifamily housing, retail, education and entertainment. Auction.com handled the sale.
